The Board of Directors of AHB wishes to announce that the Company has entered into a Share Sale Agreement ("the Agreement") dated 3 July 2009 with AE Multi Holdings Berhad ("AEM") for the acquisition of 499,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each ("the Sale Shares") representing 49.9% equity interest in AAV Industries Sdn Bhd ("AAV") for a cash consideration of RM140,522/-
("the Acquisition").

Upon completion of the Acquisition, AAV will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.
